* Cloud Computing: This solution encompasses three main concepts: pay-as-you-go, on-demand and on the Net, and have the following categories:
o SaaS (Software as a Service) refers to applications in the cloud.

* Solution Architecture: To solution your requirements based on the services you would like to provide to your users/clients and present that to your upper management and executives and/or clients in a language that can be easily understood by audiences with different backgrounds.
* Outsourcing/Offshoring Services: To provide you with a high quality special business and engineering processes for different applications and services in other countries with the competitive pricing. For instance, I can mention AutoCAD and Solid Works processes.
*Network Study & Analysis: To analyze and evaluate your existing network against the new technologies, applications, and services based on your specific and unique needs. This can be for voice, data, video, contact center, and a converged (VoIP for example) solution.
* Technology Selection: To select the technology that best suits your requirements based on leveraging your existing infrastructure, and providing optimum benefits to you and your company.
* Detail Design and Planning: To prepare the detailed design and planning documents including network drawings and diagrams, equipment, connectivity types, configuration and setup, implementation, time-lines and schedules, and change back-out procedures. This will include the test plans for both user acceptance (UAT) and client acceptance (CAT) tests.
* Process Engineering: To analyze, document, and build your processes and utilize one of the industry process engineering methodologies such as PQMI (Process Quality Measurement and Improvement) to optimize your existing processes. * Specialty Applications: To solution a special application for your unique requirements such as centralized configuration tool (Sibel for example), customers Portals, and network management center to name a few.
* End-to-End Applications: To solution, plan, design, implement, and project manage an end-to-end application such as Unified Communication including but not limited to converged IP fixed and mobile networks (FMC), presence, and single number reach. This can include your cell (GSM) mobile and WLAN (WiFi/WiMax) mobile networks.
* BCP and Disaster Recovery: To plan, document, and present an acceptable and agreeable resiliency solution for Business Continuity and Disaster Recovery for both network and applications and services.
* Billing and Disputation: To audit all your bills/invoices for all services and work with your service providers (Telco's) to build a consolidated bill and dispute the errors.
* Conferencing Solutions: To provide an optimum solution for your audio, video, and web conferencing needs including document sharing and collaborations. This can be for internal use over your private IP network and/or external use over public networks (ISDN BRI for video as an example).
* Strategic and Tactical Reporting: To analyze, prepare, and present reports for your service availability, future services and applications, financial estimations, and technology & market trends based on your current architecture and future growth. This includes where you will be in future and what will take you from your current position to your targeted situation.
